Refund & Return Policy
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be in original, unworn condition
- No scratches, resizing, or modifications
- All original packaging, box, papers, tags, and accessories must be included
- Protective stickers (if applicable) must remain intact
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or modified watches
- Sized or altered watches
- Special order items
- Watches sold “as-is”
- Clearance or discounted items (if marked final sale)
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before shipping back.
To request a return:
- Email us with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the item back within 3 business days of approval.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Condition Verification & Serial Matching
To protect against fraud:
- Serial numbers are recorded before shipment.
- Watches are photographed and documented prior to shipping.
- Returned watches will be inspected upon arrival.
If the serial number does not match or the item has been altered, the return will be denied.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must:
- Be fully insured
- Require signature confirmation
- Be securely packaged
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the watch shows signs of wear or damage, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging and watch.
- Keep all packaging materials.
We will resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
All shipments are documented, insured, and may require signature
