please keep in mind we are a small business not a service center we will do our best to respond to you as quick as possible.
Step 4 – Ship Your Watch
Package your watch securely,
Please insure your shipment for the replacement value of your watch. Chucknwatches is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit before they arrive.
Step 5 – Inspection
Your watch will be carefully inspected and evaluated.
Step 6 – Repair Estimate
You’ll receive a detailed estimate before any work begins.
Step 7 – Your Approval
No repairs are performed without your approval.

- Unless specifically agreed to in writing, Chucknwatches does not perform water-resistance or waterproof testing.
- No guarantee is made regarding the water resistance or waterproof capability of any watch after service unless specifically documented on your final repair invoice.
- Additional issues may be discovered during disassembly. If this occurs, you’ll be contacted before any additional work is performed.
- Vintage or discontinued parts may require suitable replacement parts, which will always be discussed with you before installation.
- If I believe your watch is not economically worth repairing, I’ll tell you honestly before you spend your money.
